EVENT INFORMATION
Sounds of Rock is a LICENSED 18+ EVENT No exceptions.
Valid and current Photo ID is required.
DO BRING
- Festival Tickets
- Water bottle which can be refilled at water stations at venue
- Credit or debit card or cash
- Dancing shoes (For outdoor venue and open dancing area at front of stage)
- Standard fold up chair only (No low back or Lazy boy fold out chairs, No picnic blankets)
- Sunscreen and hat
DO NOT BRING
- Alcohol, drugs or any other stimulant
- Objects that are considered to be dangerous or off limits by security
- No wristband no show. All patrons and staff will be wrist-banded on entry to the event
- No liquids are permitted on site for safety and security reasons (empty recyclable bottles ok) No external food, alcohol or beverages can be brought onto the site (water ok).
- No Glass, Liquids, headwear or helmets, Cans, Metal Containers + Objects, Flares
- No Fireworks, weapons/dangerous items of any kind (Aerosols etc)
- No Tape Recorders (not including mobile phones)
- No reserved seating (Early entry gets closer seating spots)
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All bags/containers are subject to a full search at entry. Certain confiscated items can be collected from the cloakroom via security. Bags over A3 in size are not permitted. Bum bags will be searched at the gate. No animals are permitted on site (apart from authorized guide/companion dogs). You may be filmed at this event for the purposes and use at the sole discretion of promoters. Artist Line-up and schedule are subject to change without notice. All footage taken by patrons on camera or any recording device is subject to Copyright Laws. Sounds of Rock and its artists give no permission for filming, photographing or any recordings.
SAFETY
This event is an 18+ only music event. Anyone not wearing tops (singlet, t-shirt etc.) will be rejected at the gate and not allowed in. Anyone not wearing a top will have their wristband removed and will be ejected. Costume masks/headwear covering your entire face / head are NOT PERMITTED. Patrons wearing mimicking government or uniformed work wear are NOT PERMITTED. No aggressive moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing, climbing or such behaviour. No intimidating behaviour will be tolerated – ZERO TOLERANCE. The organiser accepts no liability for any injuries or damages caused by these activities. Health Safety Measures will always need to be followed and adhered to within all areas of the event. There are event staff, first aid and crowd care officers on site. The concert will proceed rain, hail or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario. Please bring ponchos if weather forecast is potential rain.
TICKETING
Only purchase tickets from www.oztix.com.au no other third party. Tickets are not refundable and will not be replaced or refunded. If you suspect you have purchased an invalid ticket, please contact enquiries@nuievents.com. One ticket is only valid for the admission of one person. Forging a ticket to the event will result in immediate rejection.
CAPACITY
If there are government restrictions in place that inhibit the event progressing, the event will postpone and be ready to go later in the year with venue and acts already confirmed. Your ticket will automatically be transferred & valid for new dates.
